Since many people would like to advertise on Realtor.com without listing in their local MLS, and for those who do not have a local MLS, we offer the ability to do so! ListWithFreedom.com is the FIRST and ONLY site of its kind to offer this service.
Due to Realtor.com restrictions, in order to be placed on Realtor.com, your property must be placed in an MLS (Multiple Listing Service) system. As a licensed real estate broker, we simply place your property in our local MLS system. This allows your property to be advertised on Realtor.com, the #1 real estate site in the country, without having to list in your local MLS!
If I am in the local MLS also, do I have to pay a commission?
Absolutely not! You need to be in the MLS to advertise on Realtor.com. However, due to MLS rules, we have to specify a commission to pay. To get around this, we only show a $1 (ONE DOLLAR) commission.
Will buyers contact me directly?
