This download contains two (2) sections to fill out.
Form 1: Listing Agreement - Please print, review and sign the Listing Agreement. If you have any questions about this agreement, please don't hesitate to call us.
Form 2: Property Information - The Property Information section must be completed by you. This will be the information that will appear in your listing. Please fill out as much information as you can. If you are unsure of something, leave it blank or Contact Us for help. Once completed, please fax back to 561-997-8768 or email to sales@listwithfreedom.com.
PHOTOS: The photos for your listing can be uploaded to our website from within your account. We will use the photos that you upload for your ListWithFreedom.com website listing in your MLS listing. If you are having trouble uploading the pictures to us using the website, please feel free to email the pictures to photos@listwithfreedom.com. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR LISTING CANNOT BE ENTERED INTO THE MLS WITHOUT AT LEAST ONE EXTERIOR PHOTO.

Download Seller's Disclosure Form - REQUIRED
You do not have to send this to us with your listing forms, however you will need to fill out The Seller's Disclosure Form to disclose any known issues about your property to a potential buyer, whether or not you have any. The buyer's agent will ask for this form upon presenting an offer. You should have this ready when asked. |
What Happens Next:
Once we receive these documents and the photos from you, we will enter the information into the MLS. This usually takes about 48 hours from the time we receive the documents. Once your listing is ACTIVE, we will send you a copy of the listing for your approval via email or fax. If you find any errors or if you would simply like to change something, please notify us immediately and we will make the changes for you.
Your listing will also appear in Realtor.com, however, this may take 3-5 days. After this time, please check to see that it is on the site by searching Realtor.com using your MLS number.
