How does the buying service work, and how much can I save?
Our pilot buyer service program is exclusive to Legacy Ridge residents. When you buy a home with us, we represent you for just 1% commission. Most sellers offer 2.5% to 3% to the buyer’s agent, so we credit the remaining 1.5% to 2% back to you at closing to help cover closing costs. On a $300,000 home purchase, that’s $4,500 to $6,000 back in your pocket.
Who will show my home to potential buyers?
Buyers and their agents will contact you directly to schedule showings, giving you complete control over your schedule. Many of our clients appreciate this flexibility and find it easy to manage. You can also host open houses if you’d like. Your Listing Experience Manager will provide guidance and best practices for successful showings, and our Closing Team will handle all the paperwork once you receive offers.
