The online chat is ALWAYS great, and efficient. The setup process was easy and pretty straight forward, although it is a bit tedious to complete as it's a ton of information. My listing appeared in less than 24 hours, so that was amazing. Over the past few months, I've made several changes from price to buyers agent % and it is very easy and goes into effect in less than 24 hours. Now, if we can just sell our property, all will be good. I really have no complaints with the service so far and I feel like local agents are getting used to this type of service and dealing directly with the me, the homeowner. :)

We utilized List With Freedom to get our home listed on the MLS and give us a leg up with selling it on our own. I purchased the package for the additional contract support and everything went very smooth from day one. Vik, who helped me complete the listing was communicative and on top of making sure every detail was handled. Erika & Danielle made sure contracts were set up to meet every specification and that the buyers agent was kept in the loop. And Cas on the closing team brought it all full circle and made sure the title company had everything they needed. We had a full price offer in less than 2 weeks after listing and we closed 6 weeks later. I was so pleased and grateful! This team was fantastic and saved us a grip on commission fees. Great experience! I have used one other list by owner through a different brokerage many times, however they broker had recently retired and no longer was offering the service. After reading up on various others I choose list with Freedom. Happy I did!!! They were always available when needed and to make changes for me, add op n houses etc. Sandy and all employees were always available and we Always received a prompt response. Very enjoyable working with them and no problems what do ever. I spent $299 to list my condo in Total so I saved easily 13,000 to $16,000 on thr sale of this property. I enjoy listing and handling my own property as it is good to be able to have open houses, meet and talk to buyers directly and be able to keep in contact with them especially once going under contract. I would highly recommend List with Freedom. (I actually had met my buyer prior to listing the property in the MLS. It was a few weeks after listing I got back in touch with him, so it was no hassle and no money needed to pay to any realtor and gave me the ability to negotiate and make a sale that benefited both me as seller as well as my buyer. Had I listed it with a realtor I would have been obligated to pay that realtor regardless.). Thanks List with Freedom!

I've used LWF to sell 2 houses. I would recommend them with 10-stars. I have saved thousands in real estate fees. For my first transaction, I paid 2% and for my second listing I paid 3%. This is much better than 5 or 6%. I have 3 more houses to sell and I plan to use them for all 3. I used the help service a couple of times and they responded quickly. The initial paperwork is confusing and takes some time. Once you get the hang of it, you realize it's not that hard.

If I forgot to fill out any paperwork or didn't include a document I received a nicely worded email as to what I needed to do. Its Not A Scam. It's true. Their customer service staff helped me to get my property Under contract with a Qualified Buyer in 27 days. It would of been sooner but I had multiple offers to narrow down to for my family situation. Basically, I watched numerous videos online of what agents do and say and did what they did and do. List with Freedom allowed me entry to my local MLS just like a realtor would except I didn't have to pay them a commission over $13,000.00 just to put a sign in my yard and take phone calls or do walk arounds of my property. There are so many agent teaching agents videos online that you can watched and learn exactly what to do and how to do. And if you get stuck on something a List with Freedom customer service person can help you to get unstuck without the feeling duhh.List With Freedom yes has some upfront cost, but it's worth it, just do the math. What you pay versus what you will save.Thanks List With Freedom customer support staff you guys are amazingly helpful.
