Charles D. Medalie

Charles Medalie is our licensed real estate broker in Ohio. He also holds broker licenses in the states of Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Nevada, Utah, and a managing Broker license in Illinois. Charles received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree from S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo. He has been an equity investor in real estate projects for approximately 40 years. Throughout this time frame, Charles was the Chief Executive Officer of a small family-owned retail clothing chain in upstate New York. After his “short retirement” in 2008, Charles returned to his passion – real estate investment. Charles believes in service and integrity in all of his dealings with clients. That was his core beliefs in his family retail clothing chain and continues to be his philosophy in the real estate business.
