We charge a one-time flat fee to list your property in the MLS. When your property sells, a small compliance fee of between 0.25% (or 0.50% for the Gold package) will be collected. For comparison, the compliance fee on a $400,000 house is as low as $1,000 when you select a Platinum or Platinum Plus plan; whereas traditional real estate fees can be as much as $20,000 to $24,000.

Is the flat fee listing fee refundable?

Where will my contact information be displayed?

Your contact information will appear in the MLS, allowing agents to contact you directly to schedule showings. In some cases, your real estate broker may also include your email address. However, on real estate listing websites like Realtor.com, Zillow and Redfin, only the broker’s contact information will be displayed. This is due to strict MLS syndication rules, which neither you nor your broker can alter. Any leads we receive for your property will be forwarded to you.
