The North Carolina Real Estate Commission (NCREC) requires that all properties that are listed be measured inside and outside in accordance with state standards (see the link below).
The additional fee we charged to list your property in North Carolina is used to cover the expense of a measurement professional to document the measurements required in accordance with NCREC standards.
You will be contacted directly to arrange a time for the measurements that suits your schedule.
Please note that we will need the measurement report prior to us being able to list your home in the MLS.
